Questions travelers ask

How much is the trip?

Quote by address. Published ranges are market planning estimates, not a guaranteed fare. Request an exact written quote with your address, time and vehicle before confirming.

How many people fit in a sedan or SUV?

An executive sedan fits up to 3 passengers with 2 large and 2 carry-on bags. A full-size SUV fits up to 6 passengers and, in extended models, up to 6 large and 4 carry-on bags.

What if my flight is delayed?

Include the flight number in your request so the pickup can be coordinated around arrival information. Confirm flight tracking, the final meeting point and any wait charges in your written quote.

Are tolls and gratuity included?

The example ranges on this site assume tolls and standard gratuity. Your exact quote should list all inclusions, airport fees and any requested meet-and-greet charge.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes, request a rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seat when booking. Specify the child’s age and the seat type so availability can be confirmed before payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Ask for the written cancellation deadline on your trip confirmation. Standard planning terms are 4 hours for sedans and SUVs and 24 hours for vans; your confirmed booking terms control.

What does the first-ride discount cover?

FIRST10 is for a new customer’s first booking through this site, once per customer. It applies to the base fare before tolls and gratuity and cannot be combined with corporate rates.
